Producci\u00f3n<\/strong>
Vendimia selectiva de nuestros propios vi\u00f1edos. Fermentaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica en dep\u00f3sitos de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura para preservar la expresi\u00f3n frutal y varietal. Maceraci\u00f3n con hollejos para lograr una buena extracci\u00f3n de color y aromas. Sin crianza en barrica, manteniendo as\u00ed el car\u00e1cter fresco y directo de la uva.<\/p>\n

Ni\u00f1o<\/strong>
Sin envejecimiento en barrica. Breve refinamiento en tanque y botella antes de su comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Contenido de alcohol<\/strong>
14 % vol. (aproximadamente, puede variar seg\u00fan la a\u00f1ada).<\/p>\n

Nota de cata<\/strong>
Color rojo cereza intenso con reflejos viol\u00e1ceos.
En nariz, fruta roja fresca (frambuesa, cereza) con ligeras notas florales.
En boca es fresco y equilibrado, con taninos suaves y un final agradable y persistente que invita a dar otro sorbo.<\/p>\n

Temperatura de servicio<\/strong>
Entre 14 y 16 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Emparejamiento<\/strong>
Ideal para carnes a la brasa, hamburguesas, embutidos, arroces con carne y cocina tradicional castellana. Tambi\u00e9n marida bien con tapas y aperitivos.<\/p>\n

Posibilidad de custodia<\/strong>
Destinado al consumo en su juventud, dentro de los dos o tres a\u00f1os siguientes a la cosecha.<\/p>\n
